About this site
Bamboo Capital, LP ("Bamboo Capital," "we," "us") is a private single-family office based in Houston, Texas. The bamboo.me website is maintained for informational purposes about the family office and to satisfy basic compliance and vendor-onboarding requirements. We do not offer products or services to the general public through this site.

No advisory or fiduciary relationship
Nothing on this site constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Visiting this site, contacting us, or reading anything published here does not create an adviser-client, broker-dealer, fiduciary, or any other professional relationship between you and Bamboo Capital.
Bamboo Capital is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity pool operator, or commodity trading adviser. As a single-family office, we are exempt from Investment Advisers Act registration under the Family Office Rule (17 CFR § 275.202(a)(11)(G)-1). We manage only the personal assets of our principal and his immediate family. We do not solicit, accept, or manage outside capital.
No offer of securities
This site is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or investment. Nothing published here should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument.
Internal-use applications
Certain tools and integrations referenced on this site (for example, account aggregation via Plaid) are used internally by the family office only. They are not made available to outside users. References to these tools on bamboo.me, in privacy notices, or in vendor onboarding paperwork do not constitute an offer of those tools to the public.
